SUMMARY:
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounting professional looking to take ownership of the full finance function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage the full finance function Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Perform reconciliations of general ledger and balance sheet accounts Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements Support audit processes and year-end financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems Minimum Requirements B.Com Degree in Accounting or related field (minimum requirement) Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience Articles are not required Manufacturing industry experience is essential Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Attributes High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take the next step in your accounting career, please submit your CV for consideration.
