POSITION INFO:
An established organisation within the property sector is looking for an experienced and ambitious Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team in Pretoria East. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and commercially focused environment where your accounting expertise will directly contribute to accurate reporting, sound financial decision-making and the overall efficiency of the finance function. Duties: Manage lease accounting adjustments and process associated financial entries Prepare, review and post monthly and annual journals Perform detailed reconciliations of debtor, creditor and loan accounts Monitor outstanding balances and investigate variances or discrepancies Reconcile supplier accounts with project payment schedules Complete monthly bank deposit reconciliations Review trial balances and general ledger accounts Qualifications & Skills: BCom Accounting or relevant accounting qualification SAIPA articles completed Minimum of 2+ years' commercial accounting experience Property sector experience will be advantageous Previous experience working with CaseWare If you're looking for an opportunity where you can broaden your technical accounting expertise, gain valuable commercial exposure and build your career within the property sector, apply directly today.
