JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An Accountant, preferably with a tertiary qualification and completed articles, is required for our client, an accounting firm, based in Pretoria East.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Entire accounting process, including:

Processing from bank statements and petty cash
Supplier invoice processing
Bank and creditor reconciliations
Scrutinisation of general ledger to identify outlying transactions
VAT reporting and submission
PAYE reporting and submission
Monthly management reporting and feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Com Accounting or similar degree / Honours
- 2-3 years of technical and hands on accounting experience
- Xero Accounting system experience advantageous
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
