SUMMARY:
A detail-oriented Management Accountant role focused on driving financial insight and control across a diverse property portfolio.

POSITION INFO:
This growing property business offers exposure to a multi-asset environment where finance partners closely with operations. The role is key in delivering accurate reporting and supporting decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor property income, expenses, and performance
Perform journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Track cash flow and financial performance
Support audit and compliance processes
Work closely with property managers on cost control
Analyse utilities, recoveries, and billing accuracy

Job Experience & Skills:

BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years’ experience, ideally within property
Strong Excel and financial systems skills
Solid understanding of management reporting
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical mindset
