POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Full cost management accounting for the entire
Deliver accurate operational and corporate reporting
Provide detailed cost analysis, insights, and variance reporting
Partner with 5–10 senior operational leaders to support decision-making
Play a key role in managing cost structures across a large workforce environment (~53,000 employees)

Requirements

BCom or BCom Honours in:
Accounting / Management Accounting / Cost Accounting
6–8 years’ experience in cost or management accounting
(with at least 2–3 years at a senior level)
Proven experience in:
- Mining / Processing Plants / Heavy Industry
Strong expertise in costing within complex operational environments
