Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across core functions, including R2R, O2C, and P2P.
Financial Oversight: Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, month-end closures, and ensure total balance sheet integrity.
Performance Driving: Optimize performance across billing, collections, and working capital management.
Governance & Compliance: Maintain rigorous compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Process Innovation: Identify and implement cutting-edge process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Systems Optimization: Support major system enhancements and drive financial process optimization initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

BCom in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience within finance operations or shared services environments.
Proven leadership exposure and the ability to mentor a team.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance commercial setting.

Skills & Attributes:

ERP Mastery: Experience with SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics is highly advantageous.
Technical Depth: A profound understanding of financial reporting and closing processes.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional analytical capability and the ability to partner with key business leaders.
Agility: The ability to thrive and deliver results in a high-pressure, operationally driven environment.
