The Role:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and posting of journals.Â
- Responsible for reviewing balance reconciliation.
- Update and maintain fixed asset register.Â
- Calculate depreciation per category of assets and process journal entries monthly.
- Process salary journals on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of VAT recon and Tax pack.
- Review all credit card transactions captured.
- Review and approve payment packs.
- Load Payments on Bank.
- GL Review and Analysis.
- Faciliate foreign payments with HO.
- Handle payments with Group Treas0ury for approval.
- Preparation of Balance sheet Recons.
- Review and maintain IFRS 9 calculations.
- Review and sign off on Purchase orders and Credit Notes as per DOA.
- Collating monthly Forecast.
- Collate 16week Cash Flow.
- Report on all Financial Risks.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Monthly Reporting as per Business Requirements.
- Assist FM with updating 13week cashflow financial and tax pack for half year and year end.
- All ad hoc reporting required.
- Budget preparationÂ financial year end and audit preparation.Â
- Ensuring all month end processes followed and deadlines are met.
- Managing the debtors and creditors department.
  Raising all monthly provisions and accruals.
- Finalising the trial balance for month end with any other finance duties assigned.Â
- Preparation of Financials up to Trial Balance
Skills and Experience:
Qualification Essential:
- B Com Accounting (Hons) Â
- Any ERP, preference will be given to Infor LN experienceÂ
- Excel
Experience required:
- Processing and reporting experience in regards to system.
- 3 years hands on experience working in a finance department, with exposure to the full finance function.

- Attention to detail and high accuracy levels
- Inspire confidence with Shared Services team members and colleagues
- Fast thinker with problem solving capabilities
