Stock Costings of stock imported from Foreign Suppliers
Processing of Invoices and Credit Notes on Pastel Partner
Capturing of all payments and cashbook entries onto Pastel Partner
Reconciling Foreign Creditor Accounts
Reconciling Local Creditor Accounts
Reconciling Local Debtor Accounts and collection
Inventory and Stock Reports
Updating PODs and POD register
Ad hoc functions
Accounting course / diploma
3 years’ relevant experience in accounting / bookkeeping
Strong Excel and Pastel Partner understanding
High level of attention to detail & urgency
