JOB DESCRIPTION:

A skilled Accountant, 3 years post completed SAIPA articles and AGA qualified, is required for our client, an accounting firm, based in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities:

Entire accounting process, including:

Processing from bank statements and petty cash
Supplier invoice processing
Bank and creditor reconciliations
Scrutinisation of general ledger to identify outlying transactions
VAT reporting and submission
PAYE reporting and submission
Monthly management reporting and feedback
Financial Statements (Caseware)

Requirements:

Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) - a completed degree with 3 years SAIPA articles are prerequisite
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
Own transport with valid driver's license.

Software experience and knowledge required:

Xero Accounting
Pastel Partner
Sage One Payroll
SimplePay Dext
Draftworx
Quickbooks
Sage One Accounting,
Syft Analytics
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
