SUMMARY:
A well-known and established Agricultural Company requires the above to assist the Financial Manager with the companies full Accounting function.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a BCOM Finance or Accounting or related Degree.
Experience having worked on Pastel Partner and Payroll.
Previous experience having worked in an Accountant role is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Preform full Bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance on Pastel Partner.
Generating Supplier Purchase Orders, reconcile Customer accounts on a monthly basis, raise Customer invoices, capture and reconcile Supplier invoices.
Handle the full function for Creditors and Debtors, taking the accounts to Trial Balance, process Journals (provisions/accruals) etc.
Capture and process Inventory, preform Intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Handle Stock Management and maintain an Asset Register.
Managing two (2) Foreign Accounts and local Accounts.
