POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant \/ Bookkeeper to manage the full bookkeeping and accounting function across two company branches. Minimum Requirements: National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping or related field (Advantageous) Minimum 5 years' relevant accounting \/ bookkeeping experience Experience managing accounts for multiple branches Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Working knowledge of SAP Business One and Sage Non-Negotiable Requirements: Experience overseeing financial administration for two branches Preparation of Financial Statements General Ledger reconciliations and maintenance Inventory management experience Full bookkeeping \/ accounting function experience Key Responsibilities: Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance and financial statements Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger Inventory accounting and stock reconciliations Accounts payable and accounts receivable management Bank reconciliations and cashbook processing VAT submissions and statutory compliance Assist with month-end and year-end processes Financial reporting and analysis for management Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping across both branches Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail Excellent numerical and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organisational and communication skills For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit: \/> I also specialise in recruiting: - Junior Accountant - Accounting Assistant - Accounts Clerk - Bookkeeper - Debtors Clerk - Creditors Clerk - Finance Administrator If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
