SUMMARY:
We are hiring a Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant with proven management experience to support our accounting operations in Umtata, Eastern Cape.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

National Diploma or Degree in Accounting essential
At least 10 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Good with accounting software(Pastel, Sage) and Excel
High attention to detail and organisation skills
Good communication skills

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Processing Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs)
Checking and matching invoices
Doing monthly account reconciliations
Lead monthly account checks, resolve discrepancies, and supervise VAT, payroll, and statutory submissions.
Submitting financial reports
Filing and general admin support
