POSITION INFO:

As the Finance Manager's right-hand person, you'll gain broad exposure across financial reporting, costing, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and operational finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional looking to expand their expertise and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced business. Duties: Prepare monthly management accounts and support month-end and year-end close. Develop budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis to support business performance. Maintain and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure costing accuracy. Perform standard costing, analyse cost variances, and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Monitor inventory, production costs, and product profitability to support informed decision-making. . Ensure compliance through internal controls, audits, and adherence to company policies. Partner with the Finance Manager to support the day-to-day finance function and drive operational efficiencies. Education and experience: BCom Accounting or Finance CIMA qualification or studying towards CIMA will be advantageous At least 5 years' accounting experience within a manufacturing environment is compulsory Costing experience is essential If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
