SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support the day-to-day financial operations of multiple retail stores.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile daily sales, cash, and bank transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting schedules.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and stock reconciliations.
Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance.
Prepare VAT submissions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
