JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client based in East Rand is looking for an Accounting Clerk (FMCG)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

+3 years experience as an Accounting Clerk
To ensure the optimal function of the creditors and finance department
Opening of new vendors and completing credit applications
Ensure good supplier interactions and query resolution
Ensure invoices complies to SARS requirements and apply VAT Act correctly
Timeously and accurately capturing invoice data after checking documentation and cost allocations
Performing of timeous and accurate reconciliations on all Creditors as required
Process required payment accurately and timeously as prescribed in accordance with company policy and procedures
Reconciliation of traffic fines
Reconciliation of fleet and credit cards
Control petty cash as per company policy and procedures
Valid Drivers license
