SUMMARY:
Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Processing and reconciling books to balance sheet.
CIPC company secretarial work.
CIPC company registrations.
CIPC beneficial ownership and changes.
Annual return submissions.
UIF registrations, submissions and maintenance.
OID/WCA registrations, submissions and maintenance.
SARS eFilling registrations, submissions and maintenance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role.
Pastel partner experience and or qualifications.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to multitask and switch between jobs.
Must be self disciplined and able to work free from distractions.
Problem solving skills.
Own laptop and internet connection.
Backup system in place for emergencies.
Available for weekly meetings in Durbanville with own transport.
Advantageous to have a qualification in Excel, Pastel Partner, Pastel Payroll and Xero.
