Min Qualifications

Matric
Diploma or degree in accounts ; or 4 years of related experience in accounts

Work Experience

Operations (Min 2 Years – if possible)
Accounts (Min 2 Years)

Industries Experience

Clearing and Forwarding Agent
Trucking Fleet Owner
Warehouse

Scope of Work

Timeous Invoicing for debtors.
Timeous follow ups on payments, telephonically and via email.
Statement of Account – send to debtors
Eloquent in English.
Follow up with operations on SOB’s.
Timeous reminders to pay.
Liaising with attorneys and debt collectors regarding debtors.
Receipting.
Checking for additional charges and invoicing timeously.
Profit and loss and capturing on Liner Suite (our system)
Internal Inventory Control
Asset Register
Filling credit application forms
Liaising with insurance companies as well as Credit Guarantee
Ensure all filing is up to date.
Reporting
Reconciling and forecasts
Meeting Minutes
Have flexible working hours and be available to work on weekends should there be need.
A back up to creditors department hence must know creditors.
