Min Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounts ; or 4 years of related experience in accounts

Work Experience

• Operations (Min 2 Years – if possible)
• Accounts (Min 2 Years)

Industries Experience

• Clearing and Forwarding Agent
• Trucking Fleet Owner
• Warehouse

Scope of Work

• Timeous Invoicing for debtors.
• Timeous follow ups on payments, telephonically and via email.
• Statement of Account – send to debtors
• Eloquent in English.
• Follow up with operations on SOB’s.
• Timeous reminders to pay.
• Liaising with attorneys and debt collectors regarding debtors.
• Receipting.
• Checking for additional charges and invoicing timeously.
• Profit and loss and capturing on Liner Suite (our system)
• Internal Inventory Control
• Asset Register
• Filling credit application forms
• Liaising with insurance companies as well as Credit Guarantee
• Ensure all filing is up to date.
• Reporting
• Reconciling and forecasts
• Meeting Minutes
• Have flexible working hours and be available to work on weekends should there be need.
• A back up to creditors department hence must know creditors.
• Meet deadlines
