Accounts Data Processor

Our client requires a young admin orientated graduate with basic financial administration experience to join their team based in Pretoria. The successful incumbent needs to be detail orientated with high accuracy standards. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Data Capturing
• Creating big and complex spreadsheets that are error free
• Verifying data
• Timely Collation and Submission of Reports
• Adherence to multifunctional policies and procedures
• Pastel tasks
• Filing
• Gathering documents from various sources

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate
• Minimum 60% for Mathematics in Matric (Maths Literacy will not be considered)
• Proficient in Excel and applying mathematical formulas in MS Excel
• Own Transport and Valid Drivers License
• Fully bi-lingual and fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Knowledge of and experience in Pastel will be advantageous
