SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and goal driven Accounts Manager to join our team.

POSITION INFO:

 

Inherent Requirements

Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification

At least 4 years of sales experience with a proven sales track record

Previous sales experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) Industry would be advantageous

Good knowledge of South African Labour Legislation (Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Bargaining Councils, Labour Relations Act) and the TES industry

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle

Computer literate (MS Office)

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting the set budgetary targets and achieving growth by meeting these targets

Continuously identify sales opportunities

Continuously research industries and key accounts to ensure continuous sales growth

Draft proposals, prepare costings and create sales presentations

Conduct client presentations

Assess clients’ needs and present Company solutions to match those needs

Monitoring, following up and ensuring resolution to all client queries

Ensure that completed daily and weekly reports are sent to the Regional Director

Ensure that quotations are delivered to clients within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receipt of request and negotiate accordingly

Ensure credit applications, movement slips, and order confirmations are completed, signed by the client and handed in to the Sales Coordinator before the start of a contract

Ensure that the client is aware of Company procedures to ensure timeous payment of assignees and our invoices

Checking of invoices for correct charge rates and correct client details

Liaising with the Debtors Department in terms of outstanding monies and account queries and following up with client to ensure that payment is received

Attend sales meetings and training sessions as and when required
