SUMMARY:
DBN000360 – Senior Key Accounts Manager – Sandton

Purpose of the job:
To drive long-term profitability and brand growth through strategic retail planning and relationship management.

Required Qualifications:

Matric
BCom degree
Experience in a key account manager role within formal food/ drug/ personal care retail is essential
Literate in MS Office/ Excel/ Powerpoint/ Outlook
Must have a good overall understanding of Business and have an analytical mindset

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience: Full accountability for key accounts' internal profit & loss statements. Develop strategic commercial plans that align brand goals with retailer objectives. Apply relationship management expertise to secure long-term buyer trust and loyalty. Execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth. Oversee supply chain operations to ensure seamless order flow and delivery. Utilise commercial analytics tools to track daily sales, margins, and service levels. Optimise trade promotion execution through data-driven performance adjustments. Direct field execution agencies to ensure maximum in-store brand presence.
