Accounts Manager

Our client is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and dedicated individual who would like to be part of the team.

Purpose of the job
The Industry Go-to-Market Sales must complement the existing sales teams to drive our positioning and solution strategy for various industry sectors.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing an array of accounts, and achieving high sales targets. The individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with their clients.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities  include but not limited to the following:

• Liaise with current clients and update contracts
• Streamline internal processes in order to manage client expectations and contract commitments
• Space planning as well as DR spec checks for sites.
• Acquire new business in both DR as well as implement and create new solution and product offerings.
• Ensure that all client contracts are being fulfilled and are within contract spec
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

• A Bachelor''s or associate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field 
• Proven work experience in Sales
• Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  
• Understanding of Sales processes
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
