Join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator to support our Finance and Property sectors.

POSITION INFO:

Accounts Payable Administrator

Reporting to: Managing Director
Seniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)
Type: Permanent
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Pretoria East. As a key member of our Finance and Property sectors, you will be responsible for managing the creditors clerk function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing invoices and expense claims
Reconciling supplier statements
Handling queries and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate records and files
Assisting with month-end closing

Qualification: Matric/Grade 12If you have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, a strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you!
