You will be assisting our Accounts Payable Manager with processing accounts and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Performing daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Preparing invoices and bank deposits
Capturing of credit notes and invoices
Reconciliation of various accounts
Maintenance of the filing system
Monthly supplier reports
Performing various finance related tasks that may be required by the Head of Finance
Ad Hoc admin duties as required

Experience and skills:

Accounting/bookkeeping qualification or relevant experience
Admin experience
Knowledge of Sage Evolution would be an advantage
Sound knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides
