POSITION INFO:

Own the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, quoting, vendor assessment, approvals, and payments
Process day-to-day procurement requests and payments across all departments (engineering, finance, operations, legal, product, etc.) using relevant tooling including Dext and Xero
Manage supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
Conduct commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms
Identify gaps in the current procurement processes and lead improvement initiatives
Implement or optimise procurement workflows, policies, approval matrices, and documentation standards
Build scalable systems for spend tracking, supplier onboarding, and purchase management
Improve visibility into company-wide spend; develop dashboards or reporting standards
Provide strategic recommendations for supplier consolidation, category management, and cost savings

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 – 8 years’ experience in procurement
Experience working in high-growth tech, fintech, or multinational environments
Independent procurement experience
Strong analytical experience
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications in procurement (CIPS, CSCP, etc.) are advantageous but not required.
