Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing fintech business based in Sandton, is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Cashbook Administrator to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in maintaining strong financial controls while ensuring the smooth processing of supplier accounts and cash transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process Process supplier invoices accurately and within required deadlines Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve account discrepancies Prepare and process supplier payment runs Maintain and reconcile cashbooks across multiple accounts Assist with month-end finance activities and reporting requirements Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial procedures Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 3-5 years' experience within an accounts payable and cashbook-focused role Proven experience managing reconciliations and supplier payments Exposure to high-volume transactional finance environments Strong understanding of financial controls and accounting principles Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage competing deadlines Proactive, solutions-driven, and highly detail-oriented Why Consider This Opportunity?
