SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking an experienced Acoustic Hardware Engineer to join their engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization of acoustic hardware systems and products. This role requires strong technical expertise in acoustics, electro-mechanical design, product development, and performance testing.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustical Engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years' proven experience in acoustic hardware engineering or product development. Experience in audio, acoustics, electronics, or related product development environments. Strong understanding of acoustics, transducers, microphones, loudspeakers, and audio hardware systems. Experience with hardware design, prototyping, testing, and validation. Proficiency in CAD and engineering design tools. Knowledge of signal processing principles and acoustic measurement techniques. Experience working within cross-functional engineering teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and project management abilities. Key Responsibilities Design and develop acoustic hardware solutions and audio products. Conduct acoustic measurements, testing, analysis, and performance evaluations. Develop prototypes and support product validation activities. Investigate and resolve acoustic and hardware-related issues. Collaborate with mechanical, electronic, software, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design specifications. Support continuous improvement initiatives and product innovation. Salary: Market related
