SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for an Active Directory specialist to assist with the hardening of Windows 10 workstations. The primary output of this exercise is the removal of local administrator rights for workstations. Please note: 6 months contract

POSITION INFO:

The following are the requirements in terms of this role:

Fundamental knowledge and understanding of End-user technology, especially desktop architecture.
Strong working knowledge of the latest versions of Windows OS and Active Directory.
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory Objects, Groups, Users, Policies, and Preferences.
Able to manage a complex active directory that includes: multiple domains, multiple trust relationships/types, Group policies, OU’s, firewalls, and network enclaves
Working knowledge of Group Policy Client Side Extension: Local Administrator Password Solution tool (LAPS).
Formal IT qualification and/or any relevant certification
More than 5 years in Active Directory environment

In-depth knowledge of Native Active Directory Management tools.
Working knowledge of Active Directory replication mechanism.
