POSITION INFO:
Our client is an innovative organization developing next-generation AI-powered solutions for the non-life (P&C) insurance industry. They combine deep actuarial knowledge with cutting-edge AI to deliver accurate, efficient, and fully explainable pricing and risk solutions. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of transformation, where your work directly impacts how insurance is priced and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance pricing models for short-term insurance products.
Analyze insurance datasets to identify trends that improve pricing accuracy.
Support the design and validation of actuarial and AI-driven pricing frameworks.
Participate in client implementation projects, offering technical expertise.
Stay current with market developments and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to research initiatives aimed at advancing actuarial innovation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Experience in short-term insurance pricing is essential.
Nearly or newly qualified Actuary (ASSA).
Strong understanding of actuarial principles, GLMs, and statistical modelling.
Proficient in R, Python, or similar programming languages.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Interest in machine learning and AI applications in insurance.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
