POSITION INFO:
Actuarial Analyst / Nearly Qualified Actuary – Group Risk (Valuations & Reporting)

You’ll be a key contributor to quarterly valuations, financial reporting, and experience investigations, helping steer real business strategy with your insights.

What You Bring:

• A Degree in Actuarial Science (or related)
• 7+ actuarial exams under your belt and progressing towards a qualification
• 3–5 years’ experience in valuations, reserving, or reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables are just the beginning!)
• SQL or similar programming/data tools a big plus

• Own and deliver quarterly valuation results with clear analysis and reporting
• Dive into liability and embedded value calculations
• Uncover trends through experience investigations and sensitivity testing
• Generate insights that shape business and product strategy
• Take ownership of product-specific valuations
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Stay on point with internal actuarial timelines and governance

• Loves exploring data to uncover meaningful insights
• Communicates clearly and confidently—even when explaining the complex stuff
