A company that specialises in providing world-class business application solutions to the insurance and financial services industry have an exciting job opportunity for a vibrant Actuarial Implementation Consultant to join their team in Pretoria. This is an excellent opportunity for you to be thoroughly trained in all aspects of business systems analysis, software customisation, implementation, and support for their clients in the insurance industry.

Your key job responsibilities as the Actuarial Implementation Consultant in Pretoria will include:

Advise and assist clients with creating products
Facilitate agile approach with clients and work with the team to assist client with regard to product configuration
Drafting of product specifications and functional requirements analysis
Client collaboration to gather and understand business requirements
Use of SQL for investigation and reporting purposes on client databases
New product and process configuration on client databases
Assist with setting up of various tools such as accounting, valuation, payment interface tool sets
Testing in an integrated environment in conjunction with internal and external development resources

Requirements for this Actuarial Implementation Consultant job in Pretoria:

BSc degree in Actuarial and/or Financial Mathematics
Minimum of 2 years working experience
Must have excellent communications skills and be fluent in English, verbal and written
Must be willing and dedicated to learning the processes that will be required to do the work
Computer skills with SQL/C#/C++
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail
Fast learner
