Actuarial Modelling Analyst

POSITION INFO:
Are you the kind of actuarial modeler who likes to build from scratch, take full ownership, and create models that actually matter? If you're hands-on, driven, and thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment—this might be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and enhance actuarial and predictive models from the ground up
Apply machine learning to create smart, forward-looking solutions
Own your work - no micromanagement, just initiative and results
Work across new and existing modelling projects, both exploratory and business-focused
Collaborate with a sharp, driven team in an on-site, fast-paced office environment
Bring fresh ideas to the table and help push model accuracy and performance further

What You Bring:

At least 4 actuarial exams completed
3+ years building and maintaining models (actuarial and/or predictive)
Solid programming skills - Python, R, or similar tools are a big plus
Experience applying machine learning in a modelling context
Financial services background preferred
Sharp problem-solver who enjoys working in a team that moves fast and thinks big
Office-based availability - ready to roll up your sleeves and collaborate in person
