In this role, you’ll join a high-performing team focused on building cutting-edge actuarial and predictive models. You’ll work hands-on with data, apply machine learning techniques, and help shape decisions across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and improve actuarial and predictive models—both existing and from the ground up.
• Use machine learning to build intelligent, data-driven solutions.
• Own your models end-to-end. Drive, innovate, and lead without hand-holding.
• Balance exploratory analysis with business-aligned modelling projects.
• Work closely with a collaborative, office-based team in a fast-paced environment.
• Constantly look for ways to challenge assumptions and enhance model performance.

• At least 4 actuarial exams completed.
• 3+ years of hands-on modelling experience (actuarial and/or predictive).
• Strong programming and technical skills: Python, R, or similar tools preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning and its application in real-world modelling.
• Background in financial services is a strong plus.
• Sharp problem-solver, team player, and self-starter who thrives on collaboration.
• This is an in-office role: You’ll be fully embedded in the team and the work we do.
