What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and maintain actuarial and predictive models to solve real business problems.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and forecast future trends.
• Lead model development initiatives from concept to implementation (full accountability, no micromanagement).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-value modelling solutions.
• Drive improvements to existing models and challenge assumptions to refine accuracy and performance.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence in analytics.

• Minimum of 4 actuarial exams completed.
• 3+ years' experience in developing actuarial or predictive models.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming tools.
• Practical exposure to machine learning and data-driven modelling techniques.
• Experience in or exposure to the financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and a proactive attitude toward team collaboration.
• Office-based role: Must thrive in a high-energy, in-person team setting.
