POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, build, and maintain actuarial and predictive models to solve real business problems.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover insights and forecast future trends.
- Lead model development initiatives from concept to implementation — full accountability, no micromanagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-value modelling solutions.
- Drive improvements to existing models and challenge assumptions to refine accuracy and performance.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence in analytics.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 actuarial exams completed.
- 3+ years experience in developing actuarial or predictive models.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming tools.
- Practical exposure to machine learning and data-driven modelling techniques.
- Experience in or exposure to the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and a proactive attitude toward team collaboration.
- Office-based role — must thrive in a high-energy, in-person team setting.
