POSITION INFO:
We are partnering with a leading commercial insurer seeking a Pricing Manager to lead a high-performing actuarial pricing team responsible for developing pricing strategies, driving portfolio performance, and delivering data-driven insights that shape business decisions. What You'll Be Doing: Lead and mentor a team of actuarial pricing specialists. Manage pricing model development, certification, and monitoring across multiple insurance portfolios. Analyse pricing performance and provide strategic recommendations to underwriting and product teams. Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, product, finance, capital, reinsurance, claims, IT, and portfolio management. Drive continuous improvement of pricing models, reporting, and governance. Ensure pricing projects are delivered on time while maintaining best-practice modelling standards. Support the growth and development of your team through coaching and leadership. What We're Looking For: Degree in Actuarial Science. Significant progress towards actuarial qualification. Minimum 4 years' General Insurance Pricing experience. Strong experience with GLMs, pricing models, segmentation, portfolio optimisation, and pricing analytics. Proficiency in SAS , SQL , VBA , and pricing software such as Earnix , WTW , or Quantee . Previous experience managing projects, stakeholders, or teams will be highly advantageous.
