Admin Assistant (Social Media and PA to MD)

SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader in Financial Markets Recruitment based in the Foreshore, is hiring an Admin Assistant. The role involves supporting sales, marketing, HR, office administration, and providing personal assistance to the Managing Director (MD). Initially, the position will be office-based, but it will transition to a hybrid model with two days per week from home once the candidate is fully acclimated. The plan is to move to a fully remote setup by 2025.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements: Experience in a small company with a collaborative, \"all hands on deck\" culture, ideally within a recruitment agency Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to new tools and software. Degree in business management, marketing, digital marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps as well as CRM experience. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and flexible. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist with market research and identify potential clients. Maintain and update client information in the CRM database (Vincere). Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Perform data sourcing and research. Engage effectively with management, staff, and clients. Use Boolean and X-Ray internet searches. Support the sales team with ad responses. Set up interviews for candidates. Manage team diaries and type CVs. Marketing: Design and manage marketing materials for projects and events. Prepare adverts for social media platforms. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) is a plus. Personal Support to MD: Screen telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling them as appropriate. Ensure systematic and accurate filing. Capture and distribute reports and company correspondence. Manage local and international travel arrangements. Arrange meetings and interviews for clients and candidates.
