Job Position: Admin and Sales Assistant

Qualifications / Requirements:

Matriculated
Own reliable transport to work and back
Minimum of 1 years admin and sales support experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), in particular Excel
Excellent communication skills
Able to think on your feet, be goal driven and able to work well under pressure

Key Performance Areas :

Checking of transactions sent from retailers
Data capturing
Scanning of paperwork
Filing
Invoicing and billing
Phoning of debtors, statements / ledgers – keep customer accounts within terms and limits
Daily / weekly reconciliations
Attend to emails / customer and other internal queries
Keep track of daily orders placed
Create purchase orders
Assist with any other duties given by Manger
