Invoicing
SAGE Processing of expenses
Payments of suppliers and Staff
Request Invoices from Suppliers
Debtors
Commission Calculations
Splitting of Labour to Projects

Skills required

Excel
Word
Some kind of Accounting software (Preferably but not limited to SAGE)
General Administration
Good interpersonal Skills
Able to work on their own
Able to meet deadlines
Able to communicate well

Key Performance Indicators

Reports to be presented at certain dates
Creditors and Debtors determined outstanding days
Salaries and Wages to be loaded on predefined days
Vehicle Management according to certain dates
Monthly commission to be calculated monthly
Allocation of Expenses daily
Proposals and Quotes to be created within an agreed amount of time

Hours expected

8:00 - 17:00 Weekdays
1 hour lunch break
