  • Diary management
  • Annual Company Calendar
  • Administration of Reports
  • Email Marketing
  • Flights and travel
  • Vehicle Management
  • Sales Pipeline Admin
  • Invoicing
  • SAGE Processing of expenses
  • Payments of suppliers and Staff
  • Request Invoices from Suppliers
  • Debtors
  • Commission Calculations
  • Splitting of Labour to Projects

  1. Skills required
  • Excel
  • Word
  • Some kind of Accounting software (Preferably but not limited to SAGE)
  • General Administration
  • Good interpersonal Skills
  • Able to work on their own
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Able to communicate well

  1. Key Performance Indicators
  • Reports to be presented at certain dates
  • Creditors and Debtors determined outstanding days
  • Salaries and Wages to be loaded on predefined days
  • Vehicle Management according to certain dates
  • Monthly commission to be calculated monthly
  • Allocation of Expenses daily
  • Proposals and Quotes to be created within an agreed amount of time

  1. Hours expected
  • 8:00 - 17:00 Weekdays
  • 1 hour lunch break
