JOB SUMMARY:
My client based in New Germany (KZN) is looking for a Finance Administration Manager to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Supervision of debtors, creditors and salary staff
Liaise with internal and external customers
Audit weekly fuel bill, ordering of fuel cards and sorting out queries
Checking all vendor and supplier agreements to ensure accurately completed and ensure all relevant documents are attached
Managing all FEM claims
Vehicle licensing
Daily balance checks and first release on banking platform
Car and flight bookings
Cashbook capturing
Maintaining and submitting of BEE records in respect of training, donations, and procurement
Ensuring good standing with regards to payroll taxes
Auditing and ensuring accuracy of the whole payroll returns and relevant entities
Petty cash reconciliation and replenishment of all divisions
