JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client requires a senior administrator with experience in the engineering industry (preferred) to support the day to day administration of their branch, based in Pyramid (north of Pretoria).

The candidate should have at least 10 years administrative experience with excellent command of MS Word and MS Excel.

Minimum Qualification: Matric, but a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous.

Fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with good grammatical skills.

Own transport and valid driver's license.

Attention to detail.

We need someone who can take charge of administrative matters and strong enough to handle a demanding team.

Duties will include:

Administrative support for Managers, Engineers, Sales and Logistics staff.
Liaison with suppliers and clients and follow up on queries.
Stock control.
Inventory lists.
Procurement and other general logistics support.
