Administrator – Distribution Centre

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Administrator – Distribution Centre to join their dynamic team in Marlboro, Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
Accurately capture invoices and internal transfers between companies.
Support logistics operations by processing delivery documentation and liaising with transport providers.
Assist the production team with administrative tasks related to scheduling and output tracking.
Maintain well-organized administrative systems, documentation, and records.
Utilize Pilot and Arch systems to capture, track, and manage relevant data.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and controls related to stock movement and inter-company transactions.
Prepare and submit regular reports as required by the management team.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 (Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related field is an advantage)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a logistics, production, or warehouse environment.
Computer literate, with strong MS Excel skills
Knowledge and working experience on Pilot and Arch systems is essential.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines under pressure
