Administrator – Rivergate Business Park

Our client, based in Rivergate, is looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join their busy logistics team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day logistics and distribution operations.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation is accurately captured, processed and maintained, while providing efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth flow of deliveries and related processes.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Matric Relevant logistics or administration certificate - Advantageous Previous administrative or logistics experience - Advantageous Strong attention to detail Good computer literacy, particularly Excel Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work accurately under pressure DUTIES Receive, capture, and file PODs Verify delivery documentation for accuracy and completeness Follow up on missing or unsigned PODs Update internal systems with delivery information Investigate discrepancies between orders, deliveries, and PODs Liaise with drivers, customers, warehouses, and transport providers Provide PODs to customers and internal departments when required Maintain accurate electronic and physical records Assist with invoicing and resolving delivery-related queries Prepare reports on outstanding or incomplete PODs Attend to any Adhoc administrative duties to assist the team Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
