SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Executive and assist with day-to-day operations within the regional office

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive PA and secretarial support to the Regional Executive
• Manage the Regional Executive’s calendar and schedule meetings
• Assist with a range of administrative tasks for the regional office
• Coordinate and support events such as Guild, Convention, member meetings, and Look and Learn sessions
• Arrange and book travel and accommodation for the Regional Executive and regional team
• Handle incoming customer service complaints and direct them to the appropriate channels
• Collect and consolidate retail performance data from various regions to compile statistical summaries
• Liaise effectively with customers, the central office, and retailers

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Secretarial Diploma
• A qualification in Marketing would be advantageous
• Financial qualification or sound financial understanding is highly desirable
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive PA or Senior Secretary
• Proven experience in statistical reporting or analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
