Administrator

SUMMARY:

We are seeking an organized Administrator for our client in the Petroleum, Oil & Gas Industry, based in Gqeberha for a 3 month contract.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
To include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and maintain project team travel arrangements & logistics.
• Compile and coordinate the personnel list entering premises related to project reactivation in conjunction with the main contractor and personnel crew coordinator.
• Maintain and update tracking list project personnel movement, contact details.
• Coordinate housekeeping duties on projects office with 3rd party companies.
• Create and modify PowerPoint, Excel presentations.
• Draft routine correspondence.
• Taking care of routine clerical tasks, such as ordering office supplies.

• Incumbent must have the abilities typically acquired through a College degree including the ability to learn new techniques/systems, research, organize, perform and complete projects and listen and communicate effectively.
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package on an advanced level. A demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new software packages.
• The candidate must possess superior verbal and communication skills in English.
• Candidate must be professional, highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well in an open environment, as part of a team.
• Job requires employee to follow somewhat defined procedures. Job requires employee to make decisions about his/her work and to work independently as necessary.
