  To promptly and efficiently assist the department to enhance its outcome by providing an efficient administrative role to achieve business objectives.

  Qualification

  • 3 years National Diploma in Relevant field.

  Experience:

  • 2 -3 years proven corporate secretariat Administration experience.
  • Experience in dealing with Securities.
  • Corporate governance issues, corporate law (in particular, the New Companies Act)
  • Practical Knowledge of SAP
  • Ensuring the filling and maintenance of the annual returns of subsidiaries on the system.
  • Ensuring that all Executive, Board and Committee meeting packs are prepared timeously and distributed accordingly.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes at meetings.
  • Ensuring timely payments of the organisation Bonds.
  • Conducting Delinquent checks for the organasation's community.
  • Ability to conduct effective research and to prepare integrated reports.
  • Participating in any of the corporate secretariat related initiatives or projects undertaken by the department
  • Ensuring the organisation's security register is up to date.
  • To ensure that both manual and electronic filing system is up to date and easily accessible.
