Our client, a well-established financial services provider based in Pietermaritzburg, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. This role will suit a professional individual with strong administrative and client service skills who is looking to grow their career within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors
Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
Maintain accurate client records and databases
Assist with general office administration and documentation
Ensure all information and records are kept up to date
Support the team with various administrative duties as required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry
Previous exposure to life insurance, investments or wealth management advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
