Our client is seeking to hire an experienced administrator to handle the Day to day on-boarding and settlements within the operations of the company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Administrator: FOREIGN EXCHANGE OPERATIONS- Pretoria
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced administrator to handle the Day to day on-boarding and settlements within the operations of the company

KPA/ STRATEGIC BUSINESS DELIVERABLES
Existing clients (40%)

Liaise with clients on a daily basis
Send timeous documentation to banks to settle transactions
Follow up on queries
Update of systems , data capturing
Management of cash management systems
Processing : Balance of payment forms

Client on-boarding (10%)

Oversee the on boarding of new clients
Oversee the updating of existing clients records
Correspond with clients re their accounts, balances and payments
Correspond with authorised dealers re new clients and changes to existing clients
Update and manage business mandates and agreements for all clients, authorised dealers and regulators
Management information Systems, statistics relating to clients (new, dormant etc)
Update internal systems with client records and changes i.e. Tyrus

Settlements (35%)

Ensure correctness and timeous delivery of client confirmations
Manage reconciliations of bank and client accounts
Client service delivery and query resolution
Liaise with Authorised dealers with regards to operational matters
Facilitate client tax clearance applications
Assist with exchange control applications and matters

Risk Management (15%)

Comply with all regulators
Ensure Controls are in place to mitigate risks
Enhance operational efficiency
Guard reputational risk
