JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Electrical sector requires a Half-Day Administrator to join their team in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The duties would be the following:
1. Extend manual customer invoices on adding machine
2. Email completed and checked invoices daily to customers
3. Attending to queries from customers
3. Filing -backlog and current
4. Assisting with creditors-manual part of work namely checking creditor invoices against statement, phoning creditors for statements, adding all invoices to get a total of what must be paid to a creditor, sorting out any problems on the statements with the creditor
6. All other general admin tasks not specifically listed above

The position has the potential to become permanent
