JOB SUMMARY:
My client, a Fibre Optic company is looking to fill the above role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. General administrative tasks:

a. Filing – including electronic filing b. Answering phones c. Obtaining supplier quotes/invoices d. Filling in of general paperwork e. Any other reasonable request from management

2. Finance

a. Creditor and debtor follow-up b. Creation of payment packs c. Loading of payments d. Booking of stock into system e. Sales invoicing f. Any other reasonable request from management

3. Stock control

a. Booking and receiving of stock b. Warehouse management c. Packing of stock for orders d. Booking of couriers e. Any other reasonable request from management

4. Internal Sales

a. Liaising with clients regarding requests and orders b. Creating quotes and sending to clients c. Creating invoices and sending to clients d. Logging of sales related documentation e. Assist in strategic deliveries of stock to build relationships f. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction g. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. h. Any other reasonable request from management

5. Continuously improve through feedback
