SUMMARY:
Our client in the Training industry has an opportunity available for an Administrator: Research and Knowledge Management, in the Randburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • M +3 relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administrator/Office Management or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in administration support, 1 years of which should be experience in Research and Knowledge environment
  • Exposure in Skills Development Environment
  • Public sector experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge and understanding of:
    • Research methodologies
    • Data and records management knowledge
    • Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, National Skills Development Plan, Public Finance Management Act, Protection of Personal Information Act and South African Qualification Authority and other related legislation
    • SETAs
  • Computer skills including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook

KPAs:

  • Provide Support to Stakeholders
  • Finance Administration
  • Research and Knowledge Administration
  • Procurement Administration
  • Office Administration
  • Document Management
