SUMMARY:
Our client in the Training industry has an opportunity available for an Administrator: Research and Knowledge Management, in the Randburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

M +3 relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administrator/Office Management or relevant qualifications
Minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in administration support, 1 years of which should be experience in Research and Knowledge environment
Exposure in Skills Development Environment
Public sector experience will be an advantage
Knowledge and understanding of:

Research methodologies
Data and records management knowledge
Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, National Skills Development Plan, Public Finance Management Act, Protection of Personal Information Act and South African Qualification Authority and other related legislation
SETAs

Computer skills including: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook

KPAs:

Provide Support to Stakeholders
Finance Administration
Research and Knowledge Administration
Procurement Administration
Office Administration
Document Management
